Early Movers is a parent and tot class for those littles who are crawling or just taking their first steps!

Held in the mini gym; parents, with the help of a coach, will encourage their littles to explore their surroundings and own limits is a safe space.

As parent participation is mandatory and class has a laid-back approach, these 45 min become a great opportunity to bond with your little and other moms!

3-Year-Old classes are 1 hour long and begin to enforce sharing, taking turns, listening skills, problem solving and independence.

Classes will include learning fundamental gymnastics skills through games, stations, circuits on each apparatus and weekly themes and activities.

Advanced Recreational

Trampoline & Tumbling (6+ years)

Trampoline and Tumbling consists of the most explosive and dynamic elements of gymnastics! Key City’s trampoline and tumbling classes emphasize body awareness, self-confidence, and skill acquisition. The use of the trampoline, tumble track, double mini trampoline, and the spring floor are used to develop a strong foundation of trampoline skills and tumbling basics.

Athletes progress will be measured using Gymnastics Canada’s CANJUMP program.  Every athlete will receive a report card at the end of each session documenting their progress.
