Freerunning is the sport of using creative movements such as flips or twists while moving through all kinds of environments. Using your surroundings to your advantage to move and create flow with your body.
If your athlete would like to add trampoline to their training, please register for the applicable trampoline add on class (in addition to their parkour class). This class provides parkour gymnastics athletes with 30 minutes of trampoline stations before or after their parkour gymnastics class.
