KEY CITY GYMNASTICS CLUB’S NEWEST SENIORS PROGRAM IS MADE POSSIBLE
WITH SUPPORT FROM COLUMBIA BASIN TRUST
We would like to thank the Columbia Basin Trust for their continued financial support of the Key City Gymnastics Club and our program offerings. Through a recent grant approval, Key City Gymnastics is pleased to announce its brand-new Seniors Program.
Key City will be running a pilot program that will provide free classes for Seniors 65+ and has been designed to:
- Improve balance and coordination to prevent falls
- Teach individuals how to fall safely and get back up again
- Improve physical ability to perform daily tasks
- Allow individuals to proceed at their own pace in a fun, social atmosphere
Our Seniors Pilot Program will begin in September 2022. If you would like further information, have any questions, or are interested in taking part in these classes, please contact Garry Ricks at headcoach@keycitygym.ca
